Company director fails in bid to strike out corruption charge over KL Tower take-over

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 25 — The Sessions Court today dismissed an application by a company director to strike out a corruption charge filed against him for offering a bribe of RM500,000 a year for 15 years to Tan Sri Annuar Musa, in connection with the take-over of the KL Tower concession.
